Rutgers head coach Chris Ash has stated throughout his tenure that the staff is always looking to add talent to the program and they’ve been active in the transfer market since his arrival. Yesterday, they were able to land an intriguing player in former Georgia cornerback Jawuan Briscoe, who announced on twitter that he was transferring to Rutgers. He was on campus visiting this weekend.
