No matter what happened this season, Rutgers had to accomplish one thing: Develop a quarterback. It had to show some hope that, in 2019, this program would have the kind of passer that could finally lift this offense out of the dark ages.

But here we are, in Week 11 of another lost season in Piscataway, and Artur Sitkowski doesn't look any better than he did when he first ran onto the field as a bright-eyed true freshman in early September. That's a major problem -- and an indictment of the coaching staff that handpicked him and built an entire offense around him.
