After the Rutgers men’s basketball coaching staff were virtually everywhere during a busy week one of the July live period, it should be no surprise they were working just as hard in week two. There were a flurry of new offers reported, as well as plenty of updates with current targets in the classes of 2018 & 2019. It’s time to tip things off and get caught up on all the Rutgers activity on the recruiting trail from this past week.
