“Being close to home so my family can support from close distance, and being at a program as great as Rutgers is, is why I picked it,” he said. “Being comfortable, having the ability to get home, have a good business program and good education, it all went into my decision.”
The Knights are adding a player who can do a lot to bolster multiple areas of the team in Izien.
“I think my versatility, being on either side of the ball, offense at receiver or slot, or defense at corner or safety was crucial,” he said.
