CBS Sports caused a minor ripple among Rutgers fans earlier this month when columnist Dennis Dodd named Chris Ash as one of five coaches who will have their jobs on the line this coming season.
Rutgers athletics director Patrick Hobbs got around to reading the feature, or at least acknowledging it, on Saturday afternoon. Then he took to Twitter to let CBS know they can whittle the list down by one name.
"Hey CBS Sports! You can take my guy off your list," Hobbs tweeted two days before Ash will take the dais at Big Ten Media Days in Chicago.
