Rutgers' 2017 opponents couldn't have fared worse this bowl season

The 2017 Rutgers' schedule looks just a little less daunting today than it did when the regular season ended and NJ Advance Media's Keith Sargeant analyzed it.

Why? Well, thanks to a miserable bowl season for the Big Ten -- especially the Big Ten East Division -- the 12 opponents on Rutgers' slate went winless in bowl games.

Here's how those teams head into the offseason, which began in Piscataway more than month ago.
