Rutgers is eight practices into its third training camp under Chris Ash, and if there’s an indication of just how improved the Scarlet Knights are heading into the 2018 campaign, it’s this statement from the RU coach:
“I really love this team,’’ Ash said. “I enjoy going to meetings, to practice, and just enjoying this process with them in training camp.’’
Heading into preseason camp, Ash said the overall depth of his team was among his chief concerns.
