CHICAGO -- Stored somewhere in copious note-taker Chris Ash's mind is a blueprint for exactly how a graduate transfer quarterback quickly can win over new teammates and find success.
It's filed under 'W' for Russell Wilson. And it was explained by Ash to new Rutgers quarterback Kyle Bolin earlier this summer.
"I sat him down and went through the Russell Wilson experience," the second-year Rutgers coach said. "I still say to this day: Russell Wilson when he transferred to Wisconsin was one of the greatest displays of preparation that I've ever witnessed in my career.
