Ranking Rutgers true freshmen quarterbacks with greatest impact in history | Will Art Sitkowski join the list?

When Artur Sitkowski makes his collegiate debut at some point this fall, the Old Bridge native will become the latest in a long line of true freshmen to play quarterback for Rutgers.

The majority of the true-freshmen quarterbacks have debuted since the turn of the century, an NJ Advance Media survey of freshmen QBs shows.
