The strangest thing about Rutgers' revolving door of offensive coordinators is there is not a common theme to dissect.
Some have been at the end of their careers and some at the beginning, aged from 28 to 67 when doing the job.
Some have come from college and some from the NFL. Some left to stay in college and some to go to the NFL.
Over the last eight seasons, eight offensive coordinators have come and gone after one season apiece under three different head coaches. The last two-year stint belonged to Kirk Ciarrocca (2009-10), who called plays but shared the title (in name only) with Kyle Flood.
