Projecting Rutgers special teams depth chart post-spring practice: Is the kicking game settled? (VIDEO)

Rutgers coach Chris Ash had a simple message to Justin Davidovicz, his team's primary placekicker, prior to the Scarlet-White spring game last Saturday:

"Coach Ash talked to me and told me, ‘Yeah, you can do it during practice but can you do it in a real-game situation?’ '' Davidovicz recalled. "That really motivated me to go out and perform.''

Ash's pep talk apparently worked, as Davidovicz nailed all three of his field goals before approximately 7,500 fans at High Point Solutions Stadium on Saturday.
