Monday was a hugely important day for the Rutgers men’s basketball program, as point guard of the future, Paul Mulcahy, signed his national letter of intent, making him officially a Scarlet Knight. Mulcahy is rated a 3-star and 4-star prospect, depending on the recruiting service, is a consensus Top 150 recruit and is the 7th ranked player in what is an absolutely loaded 2019 class in New Jersey. He held a ceremony at his high school, Gill St. Bernard’s.
