Penn State over Nebraska. Although Penn State’s AD said Pat Chambers’ job is safe, the same can’t be said for Tim Miles. Regardless, I like Penn State’s youth to prevail.
Rutgers over Ohio State. Two teams at very different spot. Ohio State is on the decline while Rutgers is on the rise.
