Art Stein: On paper, this is a great opponent for Rutgers to open the season against. Temple was 1-6 last season finishing last in the AAC. The Owls struggled to average 20 points per game and their starting quarterback has transferred to Michigan State while his back-up transferred to Georgia Tech.
