Timber Creek (Erial, N.J.) dual-threat quarterback Devin Leary had a highly productive sophomore season in 2015, passing for 2,605 yards and 24 touchdowns for the 9-3 Chargers, while maintaining a 64 percent completion percentage. He also rushed for 56 yards and four additional scores.

And that success has led to an offer from the hometown Scarlet Knights.

"It feels amazing," Leary, the 6-2, 183-pound sophomore told NJ.com. "I'm just really relieved to get an in-state offer. I love Rutgers, I love what coach Ash is doing.
