N.J. coaches react to Kyle Flood's firing at Rutgers

The Kyle Flood era has officially come to an end in Piscataway.

On Sunday afternoon, NJ.com's Keith Sargeant reported that Flood, who went 4-8 in his final season at the helm in Piscataway, was relieved of his duties as the Scarlet Knights head coach.

Earlier in the day, Sargeant reported that Athletic Director Julie Hermann was also fired by Rutgers.

Since the news broke, NJ Advance Media has been reaching out to several local high school football coaches to get their reactions on Flood's firing.
