N.J. 3-star OL C.J. Hanson reaffirms Rutgers pledge after change of heart

Rutgers just got back one of the leaders of its 2019 football recruiting class.

Last Wednesday evening, NJ.com Top 50 senior offensive lineman C.J. Hanson announced his decommitment from the Rutgers Scarlet Knights via Twitter. But after further thought, Hanson has re-committed to Rutgers, where he again plans to spend the next four-to-five years of his football career.

After appreciable introspection with God and family, I have reaffirmed my belief in Coach Ash and his vision, as well as my credence in the decision to pursue my pledge of Athletic/Academic achievements with Rutgers University and Rutgers Football.
