(N.J.) two-way lineman Marcus Crowell has improved dramatically over the off-season and appears could play FBS ball for a team willing to take a chance. A 6-5, 285-pound senior incoming transfer from Florence, Crowell has quickly acclimated to the Mounties' system on both sides of the ball, and appears to improve weekly.
"He's got like four Ivy's right now. We've got a ton of 1AAs," said Montclair head coach John Fiore. "But we believe he can play at a high level. He's a 4.2 GPA, 1280 SAT. Yale's offered, Harvard, all them. Bucknell said you can verbal to us, come here with Tarrin (Earle), and if an FBS school comes calling, we'll understand.
