Multiple members of the NJ.com Top 50 as well as additional Rutgers recruiting targets, will be in attendance for 2017's third leg of the Rutgers East Coast Elite Camp, featuring Sound Mind Sound Body, held at outside the Rutgers bubble and inside of High Point Solutions Stadium.
