Knights in the NFL: Week 6 Recap

With such a tremendous come from behind victory over the Hoosiers on Saturday, Rutgers fans may have even forgotten there was more football to be played on Sunday. Unfortunately, Week 6 of the NFL season was filled with forgettable performances by Rutgers alumnus.

A number of such players saw no activity this weekend:

Marcus Cooper (inactive)

George Johnson (bye)

Kenny Britt (bye)

Tyler Kroft (DNP)

Brandon Coleman (ok he played but was only targeted once and continued to see his playing time diminish)

Some of the notable players who showed on Sunday include Tim Wright, Mohamed Sanu, and the four Rutgers stars on New England's D:

Wright: On an 8 yard pass from Matthew Stafford, Wright scored his first touchdown as a Lion.
