The Big Ten Network announced their schedule for the first three weeks of the 2016 college football season today. Rutgers will play their home opener in Week 2 against Howard at noon, with the game airing live on BTN. This will be the last time Rutgers plays Howard, with the Big Ten enacting a conference ban of playing FCS schools starting in 2018.
