If you tuned into the Rutgers spring game hoping to be wowed by Jerry Kill's plans for reviving the offense, check back Sept. 1 against Washington.
There wasn't much on display (by design) in a rain-soaked, no-tackling day where the main objective was just to avoid injury and give the fans some entertainment.

What a crazy quarterback time to be a Rutgers quarterback.
