When he was hired as Rutgers offensive coordinator in December, Jerry Kill made it clear that he wanted to end the revolving door at his position. The Scarlet Knights have changed offensive play-callers after each of the last eight seasons -- an unparalleled streak around the nation.
"Yeah, at this point in time," Kill said Monday when asked by NJ Advance Media if he still plans to return in 2018.
