There won't be another emotional goodbye in front of the cameras for Jerry Kill, who is leaving his post as Rutgers offensive coordinator after one year.

Unlike two years ago when he abruptly stepped down as head coach at Minnesota, Kill is choosing to go quietly into his second retirement from coaching. Both were the result of health concerns stemming from symptoms of epilepsy.

Kill already has left Piscataway and declined an interview request from NJ Advance Media through a Rutgers official.
