Do we really need another “day”?
Well, in this case, yes. The day is now in its fifth year of existence. After Black Friday and Cyber Monday (do you have any money left?), the idea was that “#GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving.”
And what better way to give than to give to your Alma Mater. I'd love to say give it all to Rutgers, but I know there are lots of needy and worthwhile charities out there, and each of us has a special one.
