PISCATAWAY -- When Rutgers fans last saw Johnathan Lewis in extended action, the freshman quarterback was taking advantage of proverbial "garbage time'' in a blowout loss to Ohio State.
That was five weeks ago, when the Scarlet Knights were 1-4 with Kyle Bolin as the starting quarterback. Giovanni Rescigno has since taken the quarterback reins, directing Rutgers to three wins over the last four games.
Lewis hasn't seen action since drawing two snaps in a mid-October win at Illinois, missing the last three games with a high-ankle sprain.
