PISCATAWAY -- The debate started in the summer, when the reporters who cover Rutgers football for NJ.com opined on the number of winnable games for the Scarlet Knights.
The debate centered on Nebraska, and whether the Scarlet Knights could pull an upset in their Big Ten opener.
Back in August, it looked impossible.

Nebraska looks vulnerable after losing at home Northern Illinois this past Saturday. The Cornhuskers have won nine or more games in nine of the last 11 seasons, and topped Rutgers by a combined score of 73-38 in their 2014 and '15 wins.
