So has Melton, a consensus four-star wide receiver recruit, lived up to the hype two weeks into Rutgers' training camp?

After hauling in 82 receptions for 1,442 yards and 18 touchdowns over his final two seasons at Cedar Creek High in South Jersey, Melton is apparently making the most of his playing time midway through Rutgers' training camp.
