The way Andre Patton sees it, bigger things are expected of him this season. And it's not just to produce receiving yards and touchdowns for the Rutgers football team.
Patton is also being counted on to be a leader in an unproven receiver corps, and perhaps the No. 1 pass catcher this season as the Scarlet Knights seek to fill the void of star play-maker Leonte Carroo.
"Ever since Coach (Chris) Ash came in, most of the older guys had to take a leadership role. That includes me,'' Patton said.
