Rylie Mills is a long, athletic defensive lineman out of Lake Forest (Ill.), who now holds an offer from Rutgers. A 6-5, 265-pound sophomore four-star with burst, Mills holds 15 offers total, including the favorite Notre Dame, Michigan, Duke, Boston College and Indiana, to name a few. But he does claim a connection to the Scarlet Knights.
"My head coach and coach Lester Erb have known each other for a while," Mills told NJ.com. "My head coach (Chuck) Spagnoli told me that they had known each other a long time when he told me I received the offer.
