If Raiqwon O'Neal were to pick Rutgers, what would he bring to the Scarlet Knights' offense?

Offensive tackle

Standing 6-5, 270 pounds, O'Neal has adequate length and the skill-set to be a productive offensive tackle at the Big Ten level of play. He has long arms, is good technically, doesn't often lunge or over-commit and has a motor. He looks most comfortable at right tackle, but has left tackle ability, due to his quick feet and ability to protect the quarterback's blind-side. And he could always kick inside to guard in a pinch.

He also appears to have enough awareness and be explosive enough to play along the defensive line at the three-technique, something his motor and explosive nature contributes to.
