Today, March 27th, is the fourth annual Rutgers University Giving Day. As fans of all the Rutgers athletics teams on the banks, this is an opportunity to make a statement and raise a lot of money to support the programs we all love. Rutgers Athletics has raised $301,000 over the past two Giving Days - $148,000 in 2017 and had a slight increase in 2019 with $153,000. Hopefully, today will bring in even more.
The theme for this year’s giving day is “THINK BIGGER”. Seems appropriate, as Rutgers fans are starting to see some progress across the athletic department.
