Rutgers has stressed the first five spring practices as an evaluation period, after which depth charts and positional pecking orders could start to take form.

The Scarlet Knights have crossed that point. Saturday’s scrimmage was the fifth spring session, which means things could begin to take form starting with Tuesday's sixth practice as Rutgers continues the countdown to the Scarlet-White Game on April 14.
