How many quarterbacks has Rutgers played (and started) each season since 2003?

Jerry Kill has said it once already, he'll probably say it again today and again a few more times this year.

Rutgers plans to pick a starting quarterback and stick with him in 2017.

"Flipping a guy quarter-to-quarter ain't going to happen," the offensive coordinator told NJ Advance Media in May. "I haven't seen very many teams win playing two guys."

That's the high-stakes backdrop for August's battle between quarterbacks Giovanni Rescigno, Kyle Bolin and Johnathan Lewis.
