Rutgers will add four transfers to its roster for the 2016 season: TCU quarterback Zach Allen (pictured), Michigan cornerback Ross Taylor-Douglas, Boston College defensive end Malachi Moore and Miami tight end Jerome Washington. Allen, Taylor-Douglas and Moore are graduate transfers, while Washington is a conventional transfer who has to sit out this season.
Since the 2013 season, Rutgers has added nine scholarship transfers. Graduate transfers have a much better track record of success during that stretch. Here’s a look at how the transfers Rutgers has added recently have fared:
