With announcements of an Oct. 26 home game against Liberty and an Aug. 31 game against UMass, Rutgers completed its 2019 schedule in early May.

Rutgers' 2019 non-conference schedule includes games UMass, Liberty and Boston College -- all at home. All three games were scheduled within the last few months by coach Chris Ash.

Liberty will receive $1 million, while UMass will receive a $1.3 million, according to contracts obtained by NJ Advance Media through an Open Public Records Act request. The UMass contract establishes a new record payout by Rutgers, which paid $900,000 to New Mexico in 2016 and will pay Texas State $1.
