But, after gaining four first downs and 75 yards on its opening drive against Nebraska, Rutgers managed just eight first downs and 119 yards the rest of the way.
"It's hard to win a football game when we have less than 200 yards of total offense," quarterback Kyle Bolin said. "I'm not saying it's my fault, not saying it's the O-line's fault, not saying it's the receivers' fault, not saying it's the running backs' fault."
