Rutgers will face conference powers Michigan State and Wisconsin in December, host national finalist Michigan in February and play its first five games at home, we learned Tuesday as the Big Ten released complete 2018-19 men's basketball season schedules for its 14 members.
The conference will play 20 league games for this first time this coming season; 10 home and 10 away.
Rutgers will have home and home dates with Indiana, Iowa, Michigan State, Minnesota, Northwestern, Ohio State and Penn State. The Scarlet Knights will only play Maryland, Michigan and Nebraska and home and Illinois, Purdue and Wisconsin on the road.
