Yes, Rutgers has proven to be better than the Big Ten’s cellar dwellers.

The league’s cream of the crop? That’s a different story.

While the Scarlet Knights have produced a goose egg on the scoreboard in losing to Ohio State (twice), Michigan, Michigan State and Penn State by a combined 280-0 in the Chris Ash era, they’ve failed to muster much in the way of yards offensively.
