PISCATAWAY – The Rutgers and Ohio State football programs completed a blockbuster trade Friday, with Chris Ash and Greg Schiano headed in opposite directions.

But it certainly feels that way after the latest coaching carousel development.
Schiano reportedly will become the associate head coach and defensive coordinator for Ohio State, essentially filling the spot on Urban Meyer’s staff soon to be vacated by Ash as he takes over as Rutgers head coach.
In his @RFootball press conference, @CoachChrisAsh raved about Greg Schiano. Strange world. https://t.co/v8sm8eqpF6 @OhioStFootball #Rutgers
