Best Game of the Year: This is what a good team does against an inferior opponent. There were some worrisome signs against Hartford and Morgan State as Rutgers struggled top put them away—Hartford coming down to the end game. But tonight, Rutgers came out and stomped on CCS’s neck. They forced turnovers, moved the ball wisely and got good looks with the big men. Rutgers towered over CCS and used that to their advantage.
Holy Slams*: The RAC is now located in #Dunkscataway, as Rutgers put on a show at the rim. Nigel Johnson, Corey Sanders, Mike Williams, and Deshawn Freeman all had rim rattling dunks and gave the fans at the RAC something to scream about.
