With Rutgers looking to add play-makers to the fold with the cupboard being bare, interest from receivers looking for homes has increased for the Scarlet Knights. And former three-star, 20-plus offer wide receiver Kadeem Goulbourne is the latest pass-catcher to show interest in competing for Rutgers.

But his story is a long one.

"(Out of high school) I was committed to SMU and then coach Jones, he decided to resign. When that happened, I wanted to commit to somebody and stay loyal to somebody who was there from the beginning. And at the end of the day that ended up being Western Michigan," Goulbourne told NJ.
