Last night, former Scarlet Knight Quentin Gause showed the NFL why he was such a valuable cog in the Rutgers defense for the past few years. The rookie linebacker for the Philadelphia Eagles had a great play in the 4th quarter in their win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. A bobbled pass was picked off by Gause at the 50 yard line, and he ran it back for another 20 yards, pushed out of bounds at the Buc’s 30 yard line. The Eagles tweeted out the play last night.
This was Quentin’s first professional game, after being signed as an undrafted rookie this past April.
