Despite a disappointing end to a third straight season for the Rutgers men’s lacrosse team, the program has had two positive roster developmentalready this offseason.
The first bit of good news earlier this month was the news that goalkeeper Max Edelmann was granted an additional year of eligibility and will return as a redshirt senior next season. The All-Big Ten netminder produced nine games with double digit saves in 2018 and will provide Rutgers with some stability in the back of the defense next season, despite the loss of Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year Michael Rexrode.
