However, that's what Narbonne (Harbor City, Ca.) quarterback Jalen Chatman will attempt to do as he’s officially signed with the Scarlet Knights and will enroll in January.
“I just believe in my ability. I’ve had to work for everything I have, and I’m just gonna come in and compete,” Chatman told NJ.
