Coming into this past weekend's official visits, one commit Rutgers was thought to have to work on most was former Tottenville (Staten Island, N.Y.) four-star Zihir Lacewell. But it turns out he's been loyal to the Scarlet Knights and it will always remain that way.
"I've been loyal to my guys," Lacewell told NJ.com. "They've been loyal to me, so I've got to be loyal to them. That's how I feel."
Lacewell dug a little bit deeper to explain what Rutgers's loyalty has meant to his recruitment.
"I mean, when the grades were low, they aint never turned their backs," he said.
