As one of 20 outgoing seniors on the Rutgers football team, Dorian Miller acknowledged his disappointment over the fact that the Scarlet Knights won’t play in a bowl game this season.
“Naturally it’s tough,’’ Rutgers’ fifth-year senior left guard said. “But we have one more game and hopefully we go out on a high note. That’s all I can worry about. But not having the six wins possible, that’s tough.’’

Rutgers joined Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Maryland, Nebraska, Miami-Ohio, Air Force, Hawaii, Idaho, Vanderbilt, Arkansas, Tennessee and South Alabama as the 12 teams that dropped their seventh loss last weekend.
