Raekwon McMillan shouldn't have too much trouble adjusting to Greg Schiano's desire for perfection.
Ohio State's star linebacker got used to it from Chris Ash.
"He helped me a lot," McMillan told NJ Advance Media of Ash. "He was very direct with me when I was wrong. Even when I was in the right, he didn't give me much praise. But when I was in the wrong, he told me and he told my (position) coach."
As one of only three returning defensive starters for Ohio State, McMillan is in the unique position of being able to compare and contrast Ash (his coordinator each of the past two seasons) and Schiano (his current coordinator).
