Rutgers offensive line coach A.J. Blazek likes to move players around in practice to gain comfort at different positions. But some of this summer's mixing and matching has been out of necessity.
The Scarlet Knights' line has been a bit of a MASH unit during training camp. Two projected starters - left tackle Tariq Cole and left guard Mike Lonsdorf - have been limited or out of practice recently, as have other potential members of the two-deep.
But with just over a week to go before the season opener, head coach Chris Ash said he's relatively confident the line will be whole and healthy against Texas State.
