Chris Ash has made a decision.
He's just not telling yet.
The Rutgers coach said he has determined who will be the Scarlet Knights' starting quarterback for the Sept. 1 season opener against Texas State, but he declined to name that player after practice Thursday because he has not yet informed the three quarterbacks in the running.
Instead, Ash said he plans to make the announcement on Friday.
All signs point to true freshman Artur Sitkowski getting the nod, but redshirt senior Gio Rescigno and sophomore Johnathan Lewis remain in the mix for now.
